We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

A) Service providers (processors)

We may share information with vendors who help us run our business, such as:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers
  • Payment processors
  • Email/SMS delivery providers
  • Analytics and monitoring providers
  • Customer support tooling

They are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us (and not for their own purposes).

B) Integrations you enable

If you connect third-party services (social platforms, calendars, email providers, etc.), we share data as needed to power the integration—based on your configuration and actions.

C) Legal and safety

We may disclose information if required to comply with law, enforce our agreements, or protect rights/safety/security.

D) Business transfers

If CoreUX is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
